Distance value in the Station List pages

Change the distance value entered into the Station List page according to the GMM used (Repi, Rjb, or Rhypo). In the distance section of the Station List page, "distance" is always selected in the "properties" field in the shake_results.dhf file. But this distance is not the distance of the GMM but is always the RRup, whereas the correct metric should be selected in the "distances" section of the shake_results.dhf file
