Add language detection for all scripts that use localized exe

Display language detection must be added for all scripts that use localized exe or have language settings.

List of scripts that must be adjusted:
-7zip (MST)
-Adobe Reader (MST)
-Adobe Acrobat (MST)
-Office scrtipts
-Antidote
-Notepad3
-SQL SSMS
