We should also look at when the solveKey parameter is used as argument vs keyword argument.

We discussed this and decided to use label for consistency.
The replacement for solveKey will be stateLabel

To be consistent stateLabel should not have a :default and be required. This will also help avoid bugs -- in IIF I found a few places where the label was not passed in.
In DFG, label is/should never be passed as a keyword argument.
