make a new app in the directory apps/1-6-vite-tanstack-router. It will be a copy of the 1-5-vite-reactquery-query-options example, except that it will use TanStack Router instead of React Router. It can be inspired by the example at this URL: @https://github.com/TanStack/router/tree/main/examples/react/basic-react-query

This example should have the same functionality as the 1-5 app that we are copying from with the 4 pages for home, post, user, and users. Do things the TanStack Router way
