Refactor: Integrate Screen Capture Kit with CPAL for unified interface

Once PR #894 is merged in the CPAL repository, Need to migrate the Screen Capture Kit to CPAL to have a common interface instead of using conditional compilation. This will involve:

• Refactoring the audio capture code to use the new unified interface
• Testing the integration on various platforms
