Add Animation delay option

So I've been using rough notation on react for a while and there's a option called animation delay which delays the animation for a certain amount of time after the component has been loaded but vue-rough-notations doesn't seem to have this.
Although its possible to work around with composition api or options api but still having a native solution might be better
