Residential takeover - do i reverse the hack, give it to the community to unpackage or report? #1

Whole house is targeted by a backdoor enterprise clone package. I used to use a sql server to design websites and implement Electronic Medical records when it became a thing so 2 weeks later i have almost every piece to the puzzle which all kead back to here. The intruder is completly denying but cable company and cell want me to call police. 1st,can someone please tell me how to get my camera to stop watching me and live recording my call? Next, the highest up IT levels are calling this the second worst attack theyve ever seen n want me to get all new devices and a new digital identity thats how bad this is so i think if these groups are to use a situation like this for training its a huge complicated mess w many different packages from someone who cant use a remote so in the end we pribably want to see id someone is selling a package like this. Some of the 2fa ended up on school server. Every device effected including cars, Anyway, i have tons of info to share. Thought on how to proceed?? TIA
