Hello MetaMask team,
I am writing to request the addition of an ECMAScript Module (ESM) version of the browser-passworder module. As the JavaScript ecosystem continues to evolve, ESM has become increasingly important for modern web development.
Context:
Many developers, including myself, are transitioning to ESM for its benefits like improved tree shaking, easier static analysis, and better compatibility with modern tools and browsers. The current CommonJS version of browser-passworder is fantastic, but an ESM version would greatly enhance its usability in modern JavaScript projects.
