Results a very large, crash VS, cant load in ARAX GUI

The bug fixes from #725 would increase the size a little bit (some attributes were getting dropped during merge), but I wouldn't think it would be enough for changes this major. Off the bat, I notice that Improve returns in the new run but wasn't sending results for the cached one.

Hi all. Apologies for jumping on this (but I saw "ARAX GUI" on the issue title, so I felt I had to 😸 )

FWIW, the size of the ars-ars-agent Bethlem Myopathy response goes from 64M (before) to 215M (after), while the one from ara-improving goes from 4k to only 2.2M. Perhaps points to an issue with how those individual results are either structured or merged?

The ARAX GUI, however, seems to be able to load and display this large response. Glad to help troubleshoot our UI if necessary.

That is an odd increase in size. I'm taking a look at the JSONs now, and can try to do some comparisons between versions. From what I've seen so far, my guess would be that while Improving's original return is fairly small, the reason for the merged_version it is contributing increasing in size so much more would be all of the information that gets added to the merged_version from annotator.

@isbluis so i just noticed something yesterday and i am wondering if that can be the cause of our issue. Is it possible that the main ARAX GUI server (arax.ncats.io) is out of sync with the respective CI and Test? because if i submit a query to Test env, i can load up the results under https://arax.test.transltr.io/?r=9c086356-c8c2-4c5e-873b-ec57e0df2657 however, the same pk seems to be chocking up on https://arax.ncats.io/?r=9c086356-c8c2-4c5e-873b-ec57e0df2657

Hi @ShervinAbd92 . The UI in test claims to be version "Urban Otter", which about five behind the latest ("Infatuated Moth"). I am not sure who is in charge of deploying to that environment.

As for the results, what errors you are seeing? The UI seems to load that link fine for me:

I see, so right now clicking on the links i had earlier i am not able to see the same struggle to load the results on ARAX GUI, but i have asked my team who is in charge of deploying to that environment. I do have a follow up question though, do we want the GUI version for CI, Test, and prod always match, so the TEST query result shows up in (arax.ncats.io) the same way its showing up in (arax.test.transltr.io) ??
