Feature Request : Custom Bird List Import

It would be since to be able to import a custom bird list from a file uploaded via the browser interface.

Features : 
Import file and overwrite current custom list
Import file and append to current custom list

Button to just clear everything in the custom list.

I have done this manually through the shell but integrating it into the interface would simplfy the process especially for end users.
