ROA cannot be generated on IPv6-only nodes

Problem

github.com, where the registry is located, can only be reached via IPv4, but not via IPv6. Thus the repo cannot be downloaded on IPv6-only nodes and therefore no ROA entries can be created.

Solution approaches

1. Move the repo to a platform with IPv6 support.
2. Mirror the repo on a platform with IPv6 support.
