Cannot attach PCI device for Mellanox

When I try to use "PMDPort",it drops an error cannot attach PCI device.
The log writes:

I1224 19:56:38.874562 686 dpdk.cc:72] EAL: Failed to attach device on primary process

I have installed DPDK-OFED and tried the solution in #1015, but it failed.

It's solved by re-installing dpdk
