G14 GA401 gpu issue

G14 GA401 have 2 generations
one with 20 series, another with 30
20xx haven't dynamicBoost support and it cause nvidia-powerd to fail at startup

idk how will be better by design, but I would create separate config for 2020 version because it differs from current

We tend to have different hardware profiles for different model generations.
