Domain error when using Budget by Account

When configuring a Budget by Account as the data source, if you include a domain that references fields from account.move.line such as:

-balp[600000][('partner_id', '=', 14)]
you get an error like:

The expected behavior is that the budget by account should still be displayed in the corresponding column, even if the expression includes unsupported domains such domains should simply be ignored in this context.

Ignoring part of a domain is hard to implement. But it is also dangerous and would make the result surprising.

So this is working as intended.

We can probably improve things but not by silently ignoring data.

You can add a partner_id column in your budget table.

I just got bit by that, in my case, my Report is using the account.move product's category which is obviously not available in the budget.

(with es40600b being the KPI name of the first line above).

which results in:

Couldn't there be a way to tell the MIS/budget engine "ignore this KPI unsupported domain for the budget processing" or something like that.

Adding random columns to the budget table seem hackish, and won't fix references (like the line's product's category)
