Change Threshold Filter for more than 2 subsequent points

It might be useful to be able to select points with the change threshold filter where the change occurs over more than two subsequent points.

@AmberSJones This is an Enhancement, What is the priority for the technicians? Is this something that really needs to be done now or should we continue to work on bugfixes?
