[NewQualifier] continues to be displayed in the AddPoint form after the qualifier is added

Issues with adding a new qualifier via the Add Point form:
[NewQualifier] is displayed in the form after the qualifier has been created. The newly created qualifier should be listed here.
Only a problem on Windows. Works on mac.
