Bug : Lack of binary release

This kind of library could really do with a binary release linked from the Readme for each platform.
Here's my build from Windows if it's useful for anyone:

A Windows binary release would include these files (built without OpenCL):

Two variants: vs2013 and vs2015
bin/
    turbojpeg.dll (BSD)
    glfw3.dll (zlib/libpng license, BSD-like)

    libfreenect2.dll

There is a blocking problem though. Should libfreenect2 binary depends on OpenCL or not?

• If yes, users without OpenCL cannot use the binary's basic OpenGL feature.
• If no, users with OpenCl cannot use the binary's OpenCL feature.

I'm not very keen on making multiple release variants regarding feature dependencies.

My suggestion would be to leave OpenCL out of the binary release. You will need to install some OpenCL SDK anyway if you want to use it, OpenGL on the other hand is more or less standard.
