Hi, I'm looking at this issue and I see that add_tree and get_mesh are methods of the Sample class, not the Dataset class. Should I refactor the Sample class to make the naming consistent, or am I missing something?

You're right, it concerns methods of the Sample class. Besides, the attribute is self._meshes.
