[1.18 / SUGGESTION] Speleothems blocks. #150

Suggestion for 1.18 version of the mod to have new option to create speleothems blocks and their generation.
This is idea is basicly more vanilla and customization approach on deleted Quark's speleothems and their reimplementation as more vanilla looking cave decoration. I am seeing it to have model similar to dripstone speleothems, but have a functionality of Quark's ones. To keep dripstone still unique, speleothems could be just break when you are mining them instead of falling down.

Texture could consist from 4 parts and work like that:

  • speleothem_block1: the part that located on the point. (Being used always in any cases like single block, top point of 2 block structure, the top point of 3 block structure and etc.)
    speleothem_block2: the part that located in the middle. (Being used in cases there is more than 2 blocks presented. Like in the strucutere of 3 blocks, it can be 1 block middle one, and in the structure of x blocks, it can be all blocks except of point and ground)
    speleothem_block3: the part that is the ground. (Being used in cases of 3+ blocks structures, always being a ground)
    speleothem_item: just a texture that will be an item in player's inventory.

As for OSV I suggest that feature to have that config options:

  • Blocks on that it can be generated: [list]
    Maximum Y: (value)
    Minimum Y: (value)
    Maximum structure parts: (1 being minimum)
    Silk touch: [true, false]
    Biome whitelist: [list]
