Home window scrolling problem

**Describe the bug**
When I scroll down and then up, i don't see the title of first category

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login
2. Scroll down a few times
3. Scroll up
4. title of first category cannot be seen

**Expected behavior**
When scrolling up, i should see the title of it
