Unmaintained Advisory in Rustsec Advisory-DB

Since the conrod project appears to be explicitly unmaintained, would you be happy for an unmaintained advisory to be placed in Rustsec's advisory-db?

The advisory would allow use of either conrod or conrod-core to be detected and warned against by cargo-audit.

If the project becomes maintained in the future, the advisory could be updated or removed as appropriate.

Pull request adding the unmaintained advisories to advisory-db is @ rustsec/advisory-db#1871.

Sorry for the delayed response, yes happy for conrod to be flagged as unmaintained within the advisory-db.
