Doesn't Emit resize on start - Unlike glutin_window

I just wanted to bring to your attention that on start-up, glutin_window emits a resize event, whereas sdl2_window doesn't. (Linux, Gnome, X11). While I can see arguments for either approach, I do believe the should behave the same if possible.
