Crash minetest

Hello,
The port don't run on ambernic rg40xx. with knulli
the log.txt have a lot of line with operation not permited:

tar: minetest.conf: Cannot change ownership to uid 1000, gid 1000: Operation not permitted

Same here on rg353v running arkos. From the logs I can see that it is missing libssl3, I believe version 3.2. Arkos is based on ubuntu19 and it has support for libssl1. On the other side I can see only libssl1 int the ports/minetest/libs.aarch64 folder. Maybe missing libs should be put here, not to be dependant on system libs. Maybe I can help contribute to this, however this is my first time dealing with portmaster and could use a few pointers how to contribute @jackygoule?
