Rename this repo to sdk-csharp #1
Description
For consistency with our other SDK repos
- Delete the private, empty, existing sdk-csharp repo
- Rename this to sdk-csharp
- Update this line in the Dockerfile in docker-executor-csharp package
- Let DevOps know in case they are automatically building the library from swagger (but I don't think they are)
