Move the content of the wiki to the repository #64
Description
The wiki now includes instructions for new developers of RPC and the instructions how to deploy it.
The wiki itself is a separate git(hub) repository with its own history, but being separate means that it is not necessarily aligned with the commits in the main repository.
Even if you prefer to keep it in the wiki, I think it would be useful to see an explanation why here in an issue for future potential contributors.
