telecommute mode stopped working in the latest code

The older version of DaySim (commit c45b315) handled telecommute mode very well. However, the latest commit (89885ac) no longer processes telecommuting as expected.

Although DaySim still completes without crashing, the runtime is noticeably slower compared to the previous version. After the simulation finishes, I used the following code to identify WFH and telecommute records:

    person_day.loc[person_day['pwtyp'] > 0, 'worker_type'] = 'commuter'
    person_day.loc[(person_day['pwtyp']>0) & (person_day['pwpcl']==person_day['hhparcel']),'worker_type'] = 'wfh'
    person_day.loc[(person_day['pwtyp']>0) & (person_day['pwpcl']!=person_day['hhparcel']) & (person_day['wkathome']>=3),'worker_type'] = 'telecommuter'

I got zero telecommuter from the latest daysim. But I got very reasonable amount from the older version.
