Applications-associated py files are missing

I followed the PCT user manual step by step to learn this toolkit for proton CT imaging. However, the processes including Pairs filtering, Pairs binning, and Reconstruction lead to bash errors xxx: command not found. I think this is due to missing py files in the associated applications.
Also, one more question: I found there are some files related to the LMU pCT project. Is there any simulation example (like protonct_LMU.py) for the project?

If you look at the Getting Started page, only the pctpairprotons is included in the packages compiled by the CI. The other tools still need to be added, we are in the process of doing this.
