question about dropped edges in the new KG2c build #473
Description
The following two questions were posed by @ecwood, originally in the stitch project area but I am moving them to an RTX-GK2 issue since the relevant ingest scripts now live in this project area (under the process subdirectory):
Which types of edges are being dropped due to irresolvable curies? In particular, are some sources almost entirely purged? Are certain node semantic categories from sources (such as non-pathway Reactome nodes) removed?
