Gooogle loader loaded in multiple positions

When switching from the characters page to, for example, the statistics page, the graphs won't render. The console will complain with:

loader.js:147 Uncaught Error: Google Charts loader.js can only be loaded once.(anonymous function) @ loader.js:147(anonymous function) @ loader.js:147
loader.js?_=1460536403779:144 Uncaught Error: google.charts.load() cannot be called more than once with version 44 or earlier.

This also happens in the reverse order.
