What do you all think? Looking at the change-log we have collected quite a lot :) Some of it is breaking we might want to check the upgrade guide and make sure its up to date

Sounds good to me, let's get those changes out in the open. It will also allow Symphonia#340 to move ahead.

I've been distracted by some work on other crates, so was planning on resuming further work on the decoders sometime later anyway. TL;DR no need to wait.

0.x - yes. We were speeding up with API changes, so I waited until it settles. Some people will have to migrate now, so the less it happen the better.

One may even think about 1.0, if we're happy with the API (it seems we're not...)

Yea I think it's about that time best we do it then help people who have any issues before proceeding to pile more stuff into one release.
