Description
Just a place to track stuff that isn't very nice
- Implementation of Metric form_handlers (this should be rolled out to a per-metric function)
- The collected_by and collection_org fields have been abused and are not that reliable
- Sanger-submitted metadata is hacked to show the barcode of the sending site, I want to work with Sanger to force them to provide a orgin_org code or such (we can add a permission to the API for this)
- library_primer and meta.artic.primer are the same thing but the latter is a library-level property that could not be migrated
- MajoraArtifact class should fork out a method to fixed_data to allow instance specific control over serialisation etc
- Most datatables need better pagination support
