Exception in HostFunction: Skia Videos are only support on API 26 and above

Hi,
I recently wanted to try Skia videos but I keep getting this error, "Skia video are only support on API 26 and above". Im sure im just missing some simple thing. Emulation pixel 4 android 14 api 34, physical device Samsung a52s android 13, so both should be above api 26.
Below is simple git. It should be as exampled in documentation. Note if you do pull make sure to use gradlew clean before running

in your project build.gradle has minSdkVersion = 23, using minSdkVersion = 26 will fix the issue.
