Friend list

I want the ability to manage my friends within the game. This includes the following features:

Todo:

1. Add friend link

• On the player's account panel, there should be an option to add a new friend.
• Clicking on the 'Add Friend' link will prompt the player to enter the public address of the friend they wish to add.

2. Friend Request Status:

• When a friend is added, the status of the friend request should be set to 'Pending.'

3. Notification for Friend Request:

• The player who received the friend request should be notified when starting his game.
• The notification should provide options to either accept or reject the friend request.

This functionality enhances the social aspect of the game, allowing players to connect and interact with each other through a friend system.
