TEI items of list in epigraph lost in conversion to ODF text

To rework the content of div xml:id="DMdialectique" from https://d-meeus.be/marxisme/classiques/lectures.xml, I want to write more freely in LibreOffice Writer. I did insert that div in a minimal TEI to convert in TEIGarage. The div begins with epigraphs. Two of these have as content a list of two items. The conversion reduces these two lists to four empty items. This bug is peculiar to the ODF text conversion. TEI garage converts the same in a satisfactory HTML, not losing the contents of these items.
The whole lectures.xml satisfies jing following tei_allPlus.rng. The whole lectures.xml is successfully converted to HTML by the stylesheets (latest Debian). One can see the epigraphs in https://d-meeus.be/marxisme/classiques/DMdialectique.html. (Some CSS makes the lists horizontal, with cell-like items.)

The items displayed as empty by the .odt file from TEIGarage are empty in the content.xml from TEIGarage.
I had a try in my computer with teitoodt.xsl. The same items are NOT empty in my content.xml, but if I embed this content.xml by replacing the content.xml of a new LibreOffice Writer file, LibreOffice does not display the contents.
The final result, the appearance is the same, but with direct application of teitoodt.xsl, the text of the items is preserved in the code; in TEIGarage, the text is lost already in the code.

Thank you for opening this issue, I will have a look why there is a difference between using the teitoodt.xsl and TEIGarage, which should not be the case. Maybe @peterstadler can say more about the issue in teitoodt.xsl itself?
