Create Tanstack App

Describe the feature

Create a remote add-on management system to be hosted on tanstack.com that folks can publish add-ons to. For the first pass we should validate the add-ons before adding them to the public display. We should add a couple ourselves to remove the empty restaurant case. Decent examples would be drizzle, legend state, MUI, etc.

Additional context

• Use Convex for the database
• Use GitHub accounts through Clerk
• Maybe CLI functionality for push updates?
