[1.12] Odd behavior on servers #5
Description
If a play wants to form a multiblock without the required stage, the message is printed and the forming is blocked, but if the player has the required stage, the message is still printed in chat, but this time the multiblock forms.
This behavior only appears in multi-player and leads to confusion for the players.
