[CircleCI/Docker] Some packages aren't available in Debian because either the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source #1
Description
Problem
During apt-get install process, some packages are available in other sources, hence apt-get fired up errors because these packages are only available in Ubuntu.
