Add resources from the style guide to this repo

I think it would be useful if this repo also contained the various information present in the Tor Style guide (and perhaps actually also the style guide itself).

What would particularly be useful to have included are:

• Official colors used in torproject logo and communication

• Fonts used in tor media

Unfortunately there's a lot going on right now. Elio is working on adding more images to the official images at https://github.com/uracreative/tor-assets, whereas these ones are the ones we currently have as official images. The style guide also lives in another repo too: https://github.com/uracreative/tor-styleguide. :(

I plan to finish up the style guide work (there is some more work left to do on allowing manipulation of our icons, fonts for non-english languages, and when to use the "Tor" logo versus the onion logo), merge the new images with the existing official images, then moving the resulting repository with everything over to the official @TheTorProject github.

Update: Elio has been informed of this repository and has agreed to transfer over his work/do future work in this repo.

@hellais thanks for the suggestion! I will do that right after finishing the assets. Expect them to be ready before the Amsterdam Meeting :)
