Fixup the codebase so that a package is generated for the project
correctly.
Change the code src dir from
variational_principle/tosrc/variational_principle/. This allows setuptools to correctlydetermine the modules layout when compiling the package.
Import paths have changed because of this.
Update the README and LICENSE to account for changes to the
codebase.
Setup the project to work with
tox:Adds support for linting, and github actions to enforce these
linting rules. The project will be linted in another PR.
