Flexibility of the nested elements

Is it possible to improve the flexibility of the nested elements?
Could you also add the ‘Insert paragraph before (and after) block’ feature, please?

In the first photo, this is the result I currently have.

The second one shows what I’d like to achieve.

About the feature ‘Insert paragraph before (and after) code block’, is it possible to add it easily?
Because I use code blocks very often, and pressing the Enter key multiple times on each block to exit it gets a bit tedious after a while.

I don't think there is an alternative, unfortunately. Perhaps you could try using Text snippets, if you use a certain structure (e.g. bullet point with code block). I haven't tested it personally for this particular use case.
