Description
In the cameras package, the launch files also run the viewer after starting the cameras. But generally the cameras are connected to the NUC, which is not connected to a display when it is on the rover. Hence it makes more sense for the invocations of rqt_image_view to be in a separate launch file, which we can run on the laptop.
