When edge is added (and no other change is done), pipeline save button remains disabled

Pipeline save button is disable/enabled based on the fact whether certain change was detected or not (dpu moved, configuration changed, etc.). In case aa edge is added to already existing pipeline, you cannot save it.

Solution: Adding an edge should enable "save" button.
