New Query Builder

This is the first pre-release version for DynamicPageList3. This is because of substantial changes to the way the query builder works. In the long term this aims to improve reliability and security and reduce the potential bugs that may occur as well as improve the maintainability of this code base. However due to the amount of changes it is likely it may break some things. If you encounter issues with the pre release versions, please open an issue or post in the discussion for this release.
