Cut or fix --extract-kits

      weidu --extract-kits 1 --textout Setup-Kitmod.tp2 --out kitmod

creates TP2 that `ADD_KIT`s the kits starting from 1 (or \#X). Has not been adapted for EE-type games and does not work on those. Use case?, because I'm thinking this gets cut.
