Cut legacy Sql code for ADD_JOURNAL

ADD_JOURNAL was originally implemented to target the then SQL format the EE-games used. Beamhaul later scrapped that in favour of the current LUA system. This was probably long enough ago that it is now safe to drop the legacy code path and the Sql module.
