Campaign 1: SPDIR #27
Description
SPDIR campaign : Goal: run OSP, SPNG and Splat to produce metrics for producing "SPDIR" plots (efficiency/bias/resolution). May not necessarily need batch system but could be used to test out a DAG of jobs.
We drew this dag on the white board during the hackathon.
It will generate a set of input data sets, each consisting of one (or a few) ideal line tracks all at a fixed direction. Each dataset will be sent through OSP, SPNG and Splat. The output of OSP and SPNG will be compared to Splat to form SPDIR metrics and these are plotted as a function of track angle.
Many details about this campaign still need fleshing out in this issue.
