Running SPNG with the retrofitted TDM

As the SPNG is being polished to retrofit with the TDM, we need to make sure that the previously running workflows (For example Decon --> Post DNNROI) are still running without hiccups.
This issue to document and mitigate any such issue during the retrofitting process.

I suggest to "bake" your usual interactive testing into a BATS script to allow anyone, including ./wcb --tests to run it. If input data is needed, it can be downloaded "live" with the help of a BATS function download_file provided by WCT's BATS lib:
