[Bug Report]: Tried to change the game to windowed, never able to play the game again. #371

Bug Description
It was all well and dandy for me to play until I decided to put the game to windowed mode in the mod manager. Since then the game won't open properly anymore. I had to download vulkan-1.dll, did not work. I downloaded windows redistrubiatle, didn't work. I redownloaded the game through steam and it didn't work, not even the official launcher opens anymore, I even restarted my whole PC and nothing changed. I even tried taking the mods out of the steam folder and nothing happened, still the same issue. The game will open when you click Save and Play but then automatically close itself after aprox. 2 seconds.
Reproduction Steps
Just downloaded a few mods and then tried to put the game on windowed mode.
