I want to show a message in the listbox of a Select when there are no items (something like an IllustratedMessage) using the renderEmptyState prop of the listbox.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

It should be possible to configure the select state to allow opening the popover also for empty lists.

😯 Current Behavior

useSelectState is built so that it does not open the popover if the list is empty.

💁 Possible Solution

Select could support allowsEmptyCollection like the ComboBox.
