Download DNA zoo genome assemblies

• get familiar with https://www.dnazoo.org/
• write parser that convert website to table with required information
• run it and scrap data
• make a list of filers to download
• download them to our server

Parser is in the folder mentioned before in jupyter notebook named repeats.ipynb
Table with all animals is named animal_table.csv
Table with only carnivores is named carnivores_table.csv
I'm not sure if data in tables is sufficient. If it lacks something please advise.
I downloaded fasta files for all animals mentioned in carnivores_table to this folder dnazoo/.
